Family Road-trip Stop
My family of 5 including my boyfriend, my very pregnant self, my daughters (14 & 10), and my 1 year old infant all stayed at Joseph’s rental for a couple nights while checking out Jacksonville. The neighborhood is under a revitalization process so we were a little hesitant on location, but there were no issues and the area remained quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The house itself is great, 3 bed/3 baths, the king bed was very comfortable, the fenced backyard nice for the kids to run around a bit. Joseph was very prompt on communication. Overall we would recommend this spot to those looking to be close to downtown Jacksonville.

Super Springfield Stay
The house was very clean and modern. We loved the open concept, which encouraged communication and family time. It was also nice having a fenced in backyard where we could allow our pup to get some fresh air and explore safely. My only qualm was the neighborhood and some of the occupants. It was very quiet yes, but i wasnt 100% comfortable with all of the people that roamed the streets. Outside of that, its a great little place!

A little gem
Joseph was a great host with great communication. Kept in touch throughout the stay. Good location for attending any venue at the sports complex. House was clean and spacious, and updated. Very pet friendly with fenced-in yard. Sidewalked neighborhood for walks. Plenty of amenities including some spices and pantry items. Up and coming neighborhood with neat homes to wander by. Neighborhood seems a little rough but felt completely safe with no worries. We have this one saved for another time. Thank you

Graduation Trip
We traveled to Jacksonville to see my great niece graduate from Ed White High School. It was about 35 family members so we had several vrbo's in the area. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a bedroom on the first floor was great. When we return to Jacksonville, we will be staying here if it's available.

Visit to the Zoo
My Mother-in-Law, Mom, and my 6 and 2 year old along with myself plus 3 little dogs stayed at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have seasonings as we are a group that prefer to cook. We even had a fun laugh about a crockpot and crockpot liners being in the pantry. The 3 bathrooms with one tub was perfect for our group. Each bathroom was stocked with clean towels and each had body wash and hand wash. The back yard as well as the balcony was a nice size and a relaxing area. It was nice to come in today a comfortable place after taking 2 little ones literally anywhere. 😅 The area is being restored which was concerning at first but everyone we came in contact with seemed very polite. The host is great and very attentive. I do not normally leave a review but it was really nice to have a good all around experience.
