"Great place in a calm area. The only downside is that there are very few places to eat or grab a drink within walking distance. However, during my stay, rental scooters were always available right outside, so that might work for some people."

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"My wife and I found our go to place to stay when we are in Puerto Rico. The host was amazing! As well as proximity to everything we wanted to do! Most amazing beach right through the front gate. "Generally, we really enjoyed our stay! Loved the pools and girls enjoyed the water park. The views are amazing and facilities are great. We really enjoyed our room, too. Front desk was very helpful upgrading our room since the first one in Las Brisas was outdated, did not have a lock for the bathroom and smelled strongly of clorox. Was there a smell that they tried to hide? The restaurants and food are nothing to look forward to. Poolside restaurants would be your best bet, in our opinion. Also, I recognize breakfast is a busy time for Ventanas, but the host/hostess need better training as they are the “face” of the restaurant. I appreciated the omelette station (Rio Mar eliminated theirs) and the server in charge of it who worked hard and with a smile. Generally, would recommend and visit again!!!!"

"What an amazing place to stay!!!! I am NOT a beach lover, but my kids are... and this hotel sits right in between the beach and the rainforest! So while after an exhausting day in the sun of the beach, we got to come back to the hotel and sit on the balcony that overlooked the rainforest. Immediately, when you walk in, your breath will be taken away from the view, and I don't know what scent that they have in that hotel, but I need to find it in a candle!!! This hotel was by far such an incredible part of our vacation- from the pools, to the slides, to the roomservice and views... On a less dreamy and joyful note, they do get you with daily resort fees (about $45 a day), which we were not expecting and it's $20 a day to self park. They do have a casino and event space on site, so if there is an event like a wedding, parking is still limited, and you may have to park pretty far away in the sun. They do have a shuttle, but we always found it was faster to walk."

"Me gustó el ambiente familiar. No me gustó que no han remodelado por dentro. Deben cambiar las alfombras, remodelar los baños. Hace falta restaurantes con precios màs mòdicos cerca del hotel ya que el del àrea de la piscina que es muy bueno no està abierto en la noche. Los restaurantes que hay cerca son muy costosos."
