Rooms are dated. Furniture, everything needs to be replaced and re-done. The beach needs to be cleaned daily as well. Lots of great amenities and location as well history but the place needs a total refresh. Until then, we won't be going back. Too many other resorts in PR to explore.

El hotel es bonito esta bien ubicado la atencion al cliente nada buena los empleados siempre estan en grupo hablando de sus cosas y hasta parece que les molesta las preguntas NI SIQUIERA SALUDAN nos toco Jesus en el front desk ni siquiera hablaba hasta le dije es mi primera vez en el hotel y no reaccion pero voy a destacar el excelente customer service solo de una persona que me hizo sentir bien CESAR que es bellhop que por 2 dias me hizo sentir welcome.
LA PISCINA PRINCIPAL SUCIA!!!
No regresaria TAMBIEN EL AIREACONDICIONADO NO SE PUEDE MODIFICAR la temperarura el cuarto caliente siempre.

I reserve a deluxe suite form my family and instead at check in they gave me two rooms. With kid with special needs and a toddler it was difficult to change hotel at the time. The hotel and staff were good. But at reception they didn’t gave any other options or explanation of why the gave two room instead of the suite so my whole family could be together all the time
