The rooms were great, but the staff was extremely condescending, and the rooms were not ready well past check-in time. Also, the garage was far, the elevator wasn't working, there were no signs showing where to go, and the shuttle, they said, never showed up.

The hotel was amazing, so perfect for beach days and an easy trip to the city areas. We loved it and plan to be back!

Great stay, very clean ! Staff was very friendly and helpful with lots to do on site. Food was good as well !

The room services was good

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained; we did notice, though, a musty smell in our room, mainly when the AC was on. The location is very close to the beach, and easily walkable although a golf cart shuttle is available. There is also a very convenient 24 hr supermarket right across the street. The area is high traffic so if you want a quiet area this is not it.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and amenities. the food is good. Iguanas is EXCELLENT. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beach is gorgeous and the pools are great. There’s an awesome water slide. The only downside is that it is very hard to find seats at the pool. I was there at 8:30am one morning and all seats were saved. The staff did a good job of removing the towels when other guests did not show up after 30 min. If you get there late expect to sit on the grass or go to the beach. The hotel is really close to luquillo kiosks and the rainforest. I recommend renting a car. There are some good places to eat at the bottom of the road and you can do quick excursions. There is an Enterprise rental on the property. Overall, highly recommend!

Rooms were unimpressive. Got a free upgrade to the cabana room and the room was not clean, lighting was malfunctioning, dusty vents, drywall breaking down due to humidity, shower was leaking constantly. I expected more from a supposed 5 star hotel with a high price tag. Service was ok, staff were kind but wait staff at the restaurants take a long time to notice you were seated and serve you even when they were not busy. I personally would not categorize this as a luxury hotel, maybe a premium hotel at best. Pools we’re nice and clean access to the beach location close to airport is ideal for a quick trip but if you plan on staying a week or more I would definitely rather be at the Four seasons (formerly the St Regis).

Stayed for four nights. Room was beautiful and spotless. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was great. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

We are ready for a repeat performance. I am a Hilton Honors Members and have stayed at many Hiltons, but the Caribe Hilton was like coming home. Of course, I wasn't wild about the check in, but the staff were the best. The best mofongo in PR at Lola's Restaurant. The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience and we are planning a return

The room services was good

We have stayed here twice before. The first time 5 years ago then 3 years ago. We visited again in February 2026. It was ok. We may try someplace else next time. Staff is friendly and it is a great pool. But the rooms and hotel are showing its age. There were mushrooms growing out of the carpet by one of the ice machines on the floor we were on. Our room smelled like mildew in the bathroom and the shower door wouldn’t shut completely. A nice hotel but needs some attention. We were just disappointed because we could compare it to previous stays where it felt perfect.
