We had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Puerto Rico and would highly recommend it. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, immaculate grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, from the pools and beach to the restaurants and common areas.
If you’re looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a first-class experience, the Four Seasons Puerto Rico is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to return!

The staff was great and very helpful. I checked in they gave me a room and a parking spot however when I went to park my car there was already a car there then I went to the room and the keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs. The host was kind enough to reprogram the keys and go with us to the room which I’m glad she did BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS ALREADY in that room. But the host got on top of it asap and we ended up in another room down the hall. The pool still isn’t opened which was a bummer. Overall a good stay.
