"i have so many nice things to say about Margaritaville vacation club , it truly is that , i came here for my birthday trip with my boyfriend our original dates were may 26-31st but we actually ended up staying until june 2nd! that’s how much we enjoyed it , from when you walk in and up until you leave you feel at home , this being my first vacation and first time in puerto rico , it was nice that honestly if you don’t want to you don’t have to leave the resort everything you need is right there , if you’re more of a beach person well you have a beach connected , you like adventure ? there’s jet ski rentals on the beach as well, also their concierge is very helpful , she actually gives you a map of Puerto Rico of the hotel and things around the hotel everything she circled for us me and my boyfriend were able to do which made it very easy not having to figure out where to go zip lining or atv rides , because me and my boyfriend knew what we wanted to do obviously we didn’t know quite where yet so not having to stress about that was weight off my shoulders , there is also a brand new casino I actually quite enjoyed the music by the pool I think the Margaritaville side of the hotel is actually a little bit more fun that’s just my personal opinion staff is welcoming everyone looks like they’re enjoying their time working there"

"We had 12 family members here to celebrate mothers day. The house was amazing with plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub area were like our own private resort. We were not able to use the resort pools because you need to purchase day passes ahead of time. They were sold out for 2 weeks during our time. I wish we had known that ahead of time. We did enjoy the resort restaurants, beach, golf court, casino and bars. We loved driving around on the golf carts and highly recommend renting them just to get to the beach. The hill would be a tiring climb back to the home. Being up on the hill provided beautiful views. We loved that refillable water dispensers were provided during our stay so we didn't need to worry about purchasing water bottles. The beds were super comfy. We felt like we were staying in a museum with the artwork which was fun to check out in each of the rooms. Staff was responsive to any items that needed attention. We hired the private chef for 3 meals and highly recommend the Surf and Turf option. It was 5 star quality and presentation. It was so nice to have meals prepared and clean up done. We felt like royalty. The Hot Tub was super hot which was perfect. Just how you would want it. There are plenty of beach supplies to keep all ages entertained. The surf and boogie boards got good use. We traveled to the rain forest and did a snorkel cruise to Culebra Island. Great trip! Highly recommend this home. "

"Omar, was great, he thought the the energy company was gonna do extensive repairs to transformers in the area so our booked days would be cut short not only did he let us stay until work began he refunded the money, when the day came the work didn’t affect our villa so we stayed for the rest at a reasonable price, thanks Omar , your the best great experience "

"This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation! It was amazing to have the beach and pools just steps away, the view was incredible, and super convenient to have the Wyndham Resort a short walk away to go out to eat or grab coffee. The apartment was great, the bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the evenings listening to coqui frogs. Great property for kids, too — our two-year-old loved it!The hosts John and Taylor as well as the management on site were incredibly responsive, which was much appreciated. The shower drain was clogged when we arrived, but they arranged a plumber to fix it the next morning. For an issue that can understandably arise, they did a great job handling it. There were just a few small things that would have made the stay even better. The bathroom is a bit outdated, and considering the price, we would have appreciated a few more essentials in the kitchen and bathroom — it felt a bit bare minimum. We got a couple of laundry and dishwasher pods, and just 1 extra kitchen trash bag.Overall this was truly the best possible place for us, and we were grateful to have the kitchen along with everything else this beautiful property has to offer! I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here."
