"This is my go to hostel in DTLA. Stayed here a couple times and its always a good experience. Clean facilities, comfy beds and best staff!"

"Was a terrible experience and was deceived by the pictures and price. Was outdated, no amenities were visible or offered, small room, and staff was not welcoming or helpful. Was a club under our room and was not informed of this prior to checking in, but when inquired about a room change when returned for the evening, staff was rude and said they were sold out, and music would in by midnight. Room was not dirty or sheets but is comparable to a motel, would not recommend this room to anyone."
