"Everything about the hotel was great, I even loved the cafe they have in the lobby. My only thing would be the pillows for the bed are not very big and kinda flat, I had to ask for more pillows. Also, we stayed here for a concert and we came back late, valet is suppose to be 24/7 but when we pulled up it was blocked off. I had to park the car on the side and then walk to the hotel to tell them I needed to park. Other than that no other issues. "
"The hotel itself was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and when we had a complaint about a confusion in rooms the staff was very understanding and made sure to immediately look into it. My only complaint was the area around the hotel is old and dirty. We walked to little Tokyo and there was a lot of alleys that smelled terrible but that’s not the hotels fault. We loved that although the room was small it was big enough for my and my 6’2” husband and our stuff. "
