"Very clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen or the living space very much. I appreciated that they provided laundry detergent. Sometimes you can hear the train at night, but it didn’t impact my ability to sleep. Easy garage parking. Central location. "

"The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep. "

"So glad I booked here. I was really impressed with this spot! Very clean and well maintained, and the LOCATION was amazing.We were in town visiting friends and we could walk right out into the middle of downtown Ann Arbor with all the bars and restaurants right there.Bed was really comfortable. Shower was great. Communication was easy. Five stars all around!"
