« Lovely traditional stay in Hakuba. Close to a lift (not the main Gondola) and plenty of food and ski rental options. The dinner option was delicious an very generous. »

« Cozy, well maintained hotel 5 mins walk from Happo terminal. Very clean, with onsen which is great after a day of skiing! Guests who stayed there were all very respectful and more family oriented. Fantastic breakfast, and a wonderful team of staff that made us feel right at home. They even gave us a gift box at the end of the stay, so lovely!! Highly recommend!! »

« Very nicely decorated hotel. Timeless Japanese style but freshly decorated. Very modern feeling. Staff is very kind and provide excellent level of attention without being intrusive. Onsen is a little bit small but very good. Very good service provided by the owner all along our stay. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food offered. Staff speaks good English and was kind to call before our arrival to verify check in time and if anything was needed. Hakuba area is lovely and...

« Great place to stay: Japanese ryokan that makes one feel that one is really in Japan, despite being in the middle of a ski resort. Great rooftop onsen, and also another in the basement. Bathroom very small, but so well designed. Futons on the floor are hard, but that's futons. Lady who runs the place very helpful. Great value, and definitely recommended »

« Ken to picked me up and dropped me off at the JR station. The building is showing its age but it’s clean and well maintained. The Onsen is nothing special but I liked it. Breakfast was amazing and the location is a awesome! Two doors down from the information Center! Would definitely stay again! »

« Delicious breakfasts, wonderful in house mineral bath ( onsen), super gracious manager. Beautiful decors of Japanese antiques and great collection of Olympic posters. Warm, comfortable room. Convenient to bus, ski jump. »
