"We had a wonderful stay for our 24 hour visit from California! The accommodations were exceptional, clean and comfortable. The customer service was also amazing. Very special thank you to Dylan at check in who provided a warm and speedy welcome to the property. Another special shout-out to Chris during the wine and hors d'oeuvres hour. "This property was beautiful and so quiet. The rooms were a bit dated, but to be honest I loved that feel. The room was clean and housekeeping changed our bedding and towels daily. The waterpark was a lot of fun and had a moderate crowd (August.) A lot of the staff on the resort seemed younger (18-25) and every single one of them were such a joy to encounter. The golf cart boys were so respectable and it was so wonderful hearing about them loving their job at the AZ Grand while they go to college. I would definitely stay here again! -MN visitor "
