"This property is for homeless and other down on their luck people. I didn't stay at all, didn't feel like a safe environment for family. I was surprised to see that Expedia listed this as a hotel for travelers."

"The 4 properties owned by this company around the Phoenix area are not inhabitable due to mass cockroaches and other bugs, hundreds in the rooms. Not a thing appears to have been cleaned in months in the multiple rooms we have been in. Also, many many dangerous people in these rooms and in the parking lots. Not safe to bring children on the property. Not only would it be wise to avoid these properties for safety, they are well past the need of being condemned. The amount of roaches and filth...
