"I almost didn't reserved this hotel scared by the bad reviews for cleaningless, I'm glad we did book our room here. Apparently they are under new management and boy they did improved and the hard work is showing. Rooms are very clean, areas are pretty and nice, they did really turned around this place. "This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"We arrived, tired and weary. We were assigned a room which was not completely done. Maintenance tools all over the floor. I had to call front desk to make it ready. They got what need to be done, a little inconvenient though."
