The largest condo in the building provides breathtaking views of the ski hill and Elk River Valley, offering a serene retreat in any season. Whether you’re here to ski, snowboard, hike, bike, fish, or simply relax, this condo is the perfect base for your adventures. Within a 25-minute walk, you’ll find fantastic restaurants and a soothing spa, and the tranquil river is just a 5-minute stroll away. Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms on the main floor, along with a pullout couch in the living room. The upstairs loft features a Queen bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, providing ample space for families or groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for creating memorable meals. Step out onto the balcony to soak in sweeping views of Fernie’s stunning landscape, with a BBQ grill and comfortable patio furniture perfect for dining al fresco. Bed configurations: Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Second Main Bedroom: 1 Queen bed.
