Ibrahim was an excellent host. He was available to answer questions at any moment and was very attentive. He is extremely friendly as well, we shared many moments of good conversation and laughs. He shared a lot of information about Marrakech, the Medina and the history and culture of Morocco. He also helped us find restaurants and attractions around the area and really facilitated our stay. Khadija also did a fantastic job cleaning our room everyday and the food she prepared was excellent....

The standout part of our stay was the professionalism and solicitousness of the staff. They really go above and beyond.
The hotel is located outside the small and unremarkable town of El Jadida - too far to walk at an hour's distance and unknown and complicated for taxi drivers. Best to show them the hotel on GPS and guide them on the way there.
At the hotel one can enjoy the (unheated) large outdoor pool and terrace area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables. There is a large hammam...

The staff was excellent - attentive , courteous and helpful. The rooftop terrace- the sweeping views of the city, the waterfront - both morning and nighttime. Great breakfast served up there too.
Funky but stylist and modern rooms.
All in all- superb place to stay in Tangier.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Ksar Anika. Communication in advance with a late arrival was great. The Riad is beautiful with every detail considered. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, attending to every need. The breakfast is unreal! We also appreciate the kindness and hospitality to our 11-yr old son. The location is excellent and most importantly safety is clearly highly important to the staff. Big thanks to all the dining room service team, the night watchman who helped...

Best riad I have ever stayed in my whole morocco trip. Room is clean and well organized. Our flight was early morning next day and staff booked a taxi for me which arrived on time very happy for that. Staff made extra effort in the morning since we’re going to miss our breakfast they prepared us small bags for each person which contains drinks, yoghurt and local snacks. I am very satisfied with my stay at this property.

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, beginning before we'd even boarded our flight. The reservation confirmation indicated that we should contact the hotel if we were arriving late, so we rang the day before. The staff member with whom I spoke recommended that they arrange for transport from the airport (at the same cost as a taxi, but less stressful & far more convenient), & they offered to provide dinner for us upon arrival (after 10 PM). We were greeted warmly & seated in the garden with...

The central house Marrakech is a great place to stay if your in the old city. The staff are incredibly friendly, honest and helpful! The amenities make it a great place in a bustling area such as the pool and rooftop shower for tanning. This is my first time in Marrakech and all the help I got from the hotel helped make it a far less confusing experience especially when this part of the city is endless roads, shops and salesman’s. 10/10 experience!

The hotel was well kept and the rooms were clean. But the real difference was the staff, everyone I met was very helpful and kind, gave me a great welcome! From those at the first desk, Anas and his colleagues, to the doorman . I really appreciate Youness helping me get a taxi for the first time in Morocco. Oussama was lovely every morning, made sure my coffee was just how I like it and took good care to make sure I was ok. Hamza was very kind and friendly, a lovely young man. Overall a great...
