"After a rocky start hence the 4 out of 5 stars we had a wonderful stay. The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go above and beyond particularly Sofia. We had some issues trying to check in but as soon as brought to her attention she sorted everything out for us. The pool area is lovely, relaxing albeit the main area of pool is very cold. "Great location. Walking distance to the Medina. Easy for cabs to get to. Staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor, you could hear everything and anyone in the middle could hear our conversations. There were throw carpets in our room, shag ones, hard to clean…hmmm The bar on the rooftop was lovely and served alcohol, which we enjoyed. Bar service was exceptional. Beautiful Riad, we would stay here again. "
