All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! During my stay, hotel hosted an annual devil festival with traditional dances, rice cake bitting, and onsen water fight competitions between two almost naked young athlete groups - so much fun in Noboribetsu."

"Staff were extremely polite, helpful, and made my stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurants and room service was also very good. The room itself was comfortable for the most part except for getting hot during the day regardless of what the thermostat was set to and some small cosmetic damage to some features."
