Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry.
Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything.

Not even 4 minutes walk from Noboribetsu Station, it's super easy ton locate. It's however 2-hour walk from Hell Valley or any activity and the buses are not that frequent. There isn't much to do around the area but it's very peaceful and there is a supermarket and 7-11 close by.
The girl that checked me in (did not catch her name) was super sweet and helpful. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast is very basic but it's still nice. Showers are clean and bed is super comfortable and allows you to...

Moiwa Lodge is an unpretentious old-style ski lodge. There's nothing fancy about the facility, but the atmosphere is magical. The staff are cheerful, knowledgeable and passionate about skiing/riding the Moiwa area. The rooms are spartan and the showers shared, but you're not there to spend time in your room. Hanging out in the common areas and bar interacting with the staff and other guests will make the stay memorable. Oh, and did I mention the skiing? Powderific!

Very clean place, great atmosphere, helpful staff, good location that is a little quieter than the ski villages but not too far out of the way either. Will definitely be back! I forgot my jacket there and the staff immediately helped me out by mailing it back
