« Hotel qui aurait besoin de quelques rénovations, les chambres ne sont pas très propres, la salle de bain est minuscule et pas au niveau d'un hotel comme celui-ci et les chambres manquent de rangements. Le spa par-contre est vraiment excellent et les bains japonais (onsen) très agréables. Personnel de l'hôtel adorable et efficace. »

« We loved the hotel location outside of the village, yet very easily accessible by free shuttle bus. The ski in ski out formula with ski rentals on the spot, and possibility to access other ski resorts. Quite small rooms with tiny prefab bathrooms, but super clean. Beds extemely comfortable. Very lovely, helpful staff, great breakfast and night buffets, and a lot of snow ! »

« Le resort est très grand et joli. Sûrement très agréable l’hiver. La piscine à vagues était ok, mais les bains chauds décevants. Il faut faire les activités comme le carrousel et le shopping le soir car ce n’est pas ouvert avant midi ou 13:00, donc après le check-out. La chambre de style japonaise était très petite et les futons trop minces. »

"Le resort est très grand et joli. Sûrement très agréable l’hiver. La piscine à vagues était ok, mais les bains chauds décevants. Il faut faire les activités comme le carrousel et le shopping le soir car ce n’est pas ouvert avant midi ou 13:00, donc après le check-out. La chambre de style japonaise était très petite et les futons trop minces."
