Policy dictates all dishes used are cleaned however when we arrived we had to spend a long time cleaning every dish and utensil. The cost of cleaning are not reflected in the condition when we arrived. »

« So to start with some good review, well 1 good, the house is in a good location, so…. First i got there, the sink was full of dishes, no coffee machine, the bed was not made and full of ass hair, the towels were wet and on the floor of the bathrrom, no toilet paper, the vacuum had not been done…..almost no dishes to cook, the microwave is so small that you haver to moût your plate in on the side to make it fit in, no AC so really really warm in it. « The house was a good size for our group, but there were a few issues we encountered. Be aware that there is a pet fee of $150/pet/night, which was not communicated to us until after we had checked in.
