Includes fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated workspace w/ monitor, blackout curtains! Enjoy a comfortable stay with modern amenities and access to public transportation, dining & shopping.

\- No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not allowed.  
\- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 people. Only registered guests are allowed on the property  
\- Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in trash bins  
\- Respect the Property: Treat the property and its contents with care. Report any damages immediately.  
\- Parking: Ample free street parking available  
\- Safety: Ensure the front door locks behind when leaving the property by pressing & holding the lock button at the top  
\- Respect Neighbors: Be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum outside
