Friendly staff, pleasant interior, great place to stay with kids. Great place to walk all the way to downtown Chicago. This is a place I would love to visit again next time I visit.

Parking was very expensive at $55/day ($110 for our 2-day stay). Area was walkable to other sightseeing places. Dining in area was limited and more so because of the Fourth of July holiday. Not enough room for my family to be comfortable (3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 7-year old). Rates were pricey considering what we got.

Very clean, lovely staff, the breakfast was hit or miss but since it’s free you can’t complain, the AC will either keep you freezing or keep you sweating there’s little in between, the sink was also clogged/draining slowly. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

We thought this was a very convenient area for shopping and getting around the loop, although be wary of surroundings later at night. You will also need to walk considerably or transfer a few times if coming here by CTA Blue line. We were impressed by very helpful staff and being able to check-in to our room earlier than the posted time since it was ready, as well as being able to leave our bags stored securely after checking out and retrieve them again closer to our flight departure time. All very fast and easy. Breakfast was great, providing many options, in a spacious room. The room we stayed in was a bit small but very comfortable. The set up of bathroom facilities was a bit cramped though, and water drainage needed some improvement.

The property is beautiful, everything is updated and beautifully kept. We have a handicap accessible room, it is very roomy, the bathroom is perfect with roll in shower and shower seat. The staff is friendly and there are many places to eat within walking distance, and if doing something at Northwestern hospital it is a great location to stay and walk to the hospital. Very clean rooms and property.

I don’t like seeing spider webs in the room. The bathroom needs more light and could have been cleaner. The staff when I first got there at about 11 am was amazing ( the lady with the red hair).

I've stayed at this hotel many times and continue to choose it for the convenient location, the staff, and the safe surroundings. All the stays I've had have been great, however, this most recent room was not as awesome as the others in the past. It seemed quite a bit smaller and there was no side chair for relaxing.
