I assumed it was only one building, so when we checked in, we were surprised to learn our room was in the older building. I think this should be explained better during the booking process to avoid confusion. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power converters/adapters for guests who may need them. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of food options, which was great. However, most of the food was only warm instead of hot. They should monitor and maintain proper food temperatures for safety and better quality. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. We ended up at the old hotel which was falling into disrepair. The rooms aren't nearly as nice as the pictures display. That being said, the staff was very nice and the beds were very comfy. The real asset of the hotel though is the breakfast buffet. Checked my husband in at Royce since itā€™s close to Clark, so he can pick me up. We stayed one night in the new area of Royce. I was impressed how our room was comparable to some US hotels. Also, parking was free & easy. Was not able to try the Casino & pool.
