"The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!"

"The room was nice and clean. The kitchen was convenient. It was great to have parking but the tickets didn't work twice, and had to go back to the reception."

"The hotel was nice, but there are a lot of issues. Our room was never cleaned. We had to call down several times to get new garbage bags and towels. We stood waiting for 15 minutes to be seated for breakfast. While all of the tables were left with old food just sitting there. We witnessed a staff member eating old food scraps off of dirty plates. There was vomit near the pool that no staff member bothered to come clean. The showers in the rooms are awful. There’s no curtain or actual closing door so the floor ends up at risk of flooding. "

"Was a very cool place to stay and will consider coming back in the future. The heated outdoor pool was cool, but it was a total bummer one of the hot tubs was down, along with the sauna, not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know in advance as it looked like it was down for a bit. "

"Wonderful spot to stay. The breakfast is really amazing for $14 and it’s right near the BERRI-UQAM metro station which takes you all over the city, super easily. Great gym too."

"There is no microwave in the room I never meet any staff in6 days and there is no parking near the hotel and hotel gives us so expensive parking "
