« Our stay started off poorly, as the host had us checking in a day late, when clearly the reservation was correct. Then, he would not respond to my messages or to VRBO when they called him repeatedly. We had to wait at the airport for an hour while VRBO attempted to contact him. Finally, they were able to reach him and we received our check in information. Upon arrival, the unit was not very clean as there was long brown hair in both showers. « The vendor had a lot of conditions prior to check in and ended up charging us more when I informed them that my two daughters would be staying with us, this was not on the website. There are two parking spots on the property for which they use a separate booking system. The spots were full of garbage and someone had defecated on a pillow in the spot. « We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the Gatsby suite. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and very comfortable. Great location brimming with excellent restaurants, outdoor patios, cute cafés and eclectic shops. With the Metro station close-by, we were able to forego renting a car and took transit everywhere. »

« There are a lot of things to list. I’m not a person who likes to write reviews, but this place was pretty bad. Extremely basic. Photos didn’t look like the actual living area. No little things like pillowsor extra blankets they only supplied two crunchy towels, no face towels or anything. No coffee or filters things that most hotels have as a convenience. Although it says they have parking, we had a lot of trouble with the app and then once that was sorted out, there were not a lot of spots...

« I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....

Il nous a juste dit d’aller à l’hôtel et n’a pas chercher à nous aider plus que ça pour trouver un autre hébergement. Très déçu par son comportement. »
