"The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was...

"Beautiful apartment.. setup was unique and refreshing.... loved the bath tub...... host was respectful and very helpful... even understood i needed a early check in to drop off a few things.... if you have a event in detroit and dont want to travel home.. I recommend this place.. nicely put together JASON B."

"Very nice studio. Spacious, simple, & clean. Comfortable for four adults if you're willing to share beds or a small family. Would stay there again when in town for an event."
