The condo was very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and furnished (not plain like many vacation rentals). It felt like we were staying in our own home. It was really nice that this condo did not have any stairs to climb. It made it very easy to carry our luggage into the unit. The use of the golf cart was a nice benefit, as we used it for several of our trips to downtown and sites around Avalon. The location of the condo is really too far to walk, especially with luggage. A note in the listing stating that you'll need to get a taxi when you arrive and leave, would be helpful. Since our stay was in the fall, we had hoped to use the fireplace. It was listed as an amenity. But, unfortunately, when we arrived, we saw a note on the fireplace requesting it not be used. It should be removed as an amenity, if renters are not allowed to use it. We loved our stay in this unit.
