But if you do you’re only minutes to downtown Atascadero, wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Easy access off Highway 101 and 46 takes you to the coast is only 30 minutes or anywhere else in the Paso Robles Wine Region. In the backyard you can challenge your guests to a lively game of bocci ball, BBQ dinner, or relax on the deck under the stars with a glass of wine. The backyard paradise was designed and landscaped by the landscaper who designed Rava Wines and Hearst Ranch Winery properties. The mid-century modern 3 bedroom/2 bath house has plenty of indoor space for your group relax in the living room to hang out or watch a movie on the Raku Smart TV. The open floorplan has the kitchen and eating areas right off the living room. There are 2 eating areas; one large butcherblock table large enough for the entire group or a cozy glass table off the kitchen for 2-4\. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer with an automatic icemaker and water, gas stove, over, microwave, dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans to make your gourmet meals. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable medium firm gel memory foam mattresses. The comforter inserts are hypoallergenic down. We use the same triple-sheeting method that you’ll find in top hotels, so the beds are always fresh and clean for you. That means no unwashed comforters. The primary suite has a door leading to the surround deck. The primary suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination, toilet and sink. It is stocked with paper goods, towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination, toilet and sink. We spent 2 nights at the property and it could not have worked out better. The on line pictures were an exact representation of the property. It was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. Marti and Kaya responded to our questions immediately. The outdoor space is lovely and was perfect for the toddler to explore. We were originally going to spend our stay at a hotel but this worked out to be the best choice. It was located only about 1 1/2 - 5 miles from anywhere we needed to be. We picked the house because of the reasonable price, then drove the 20-30 minutes into Paso Robles for wine tasting. I would definitely recommend this house if you don’t mind that quick drive! The house itself was in great condition! It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our weekend. We took advantage of the bbq, the bocce ball court, the dining table that fit the entire family, and the well-supplied kitchen. We agreed as a group that it was so nice to actually stay at a VRBO where we weren’t having to rummage around to find what we need - There were plenty of towels, enough dishes so that we only had to run the dishwasher on our way out at the end of the trip, a healthy stock of toilet paper and paper towels, and even an assortment of spices and olive oil to use when barbecuing. Closet space was also something to note - It was nice to be able to unpack our suitcases for the weekend with the cubby units and hangers that were provided in each room. Lastly, the house decor was updated and cute! If we had to think of one improvement to be made, it would be to add some outdoor lights in the backyard so that we could’ve continued to enjoy the space after the sun went down. ##### Kaitie R.
