We had the perfect downtown Annapolis getaway at this comfortable and charming apartment. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The living room area was very comfortable with a large TV. It was extremely pleasant place to stay!!

Quick couple days in Annapolis, it was raining both days, but...the property was a great location and a great setup for our family of 6, plenty of space, very comfy and functional. Very easy check-in and communication from the property owner was clear, timely, and informative. Will definitely consider the property for a couples getaway or as a homebase for a family to enjoy Annapolis.

Great location and apartment just as described. Plan to put a little thought into parking. We settled on Gott's Court Parking after trying some other options. $22 per day to park or by the hour. About a four block pleasant walk. Would like a lock on bathroom door but other than that minor inconvenience a perfect stay. Perfect location to downtown/marina/Naval Acadamy. Walk to Boat House for the best food!

Fantastic location, just outside gate one of the Naval Academy, second floor unit overlooking gate two. Very comfortable. Check in process with smooth. Door codes for the front door and the individual unit were easy and safe.
Would stay here again. Would buy it if for sale.
Parking was accurately represented in the description as needing to use a nearby parking garage. These surrounding street parking is for residence or limited to a couple hours. I risked it and parked on the street the first night because we got in so late, and I move the car early in the morning. I don’t think I got a parking ticket- yet?

Being able to walk down the sidewalk to the Visitor's Entrance at the USNA meant we got to maximize our time with our plebe.
The best part about this location was we didn't have to stress over the traffic and parking situation at all (and the traffic was a lot!). We got to walk back with him each evening and on Sunday morning he was able to walk over to us when he was released.
The second best part was while he was catching up with
family and friends on his phone or just enjoying the peace and quiet, we were able to take our other 2 kids to tour the academy and walk downtown for dinner.
This place has historic charm, comfortable beds, and a location that can't be beat.

The living areas were nice and the bathroom was ok. From description on the VRBO listing we didn't know that this was a 2nd floor unit - we were also surprised to find out the the laundry room is in the basement and is shared by the 3 separate rental units in this building. My wife was not happy about the shared laundry but our overall experience here was good.

Home and communication with owner was great - the only issue is, I specifically chose this property based on the default amenities that the home showed it had parking. As a native of this city (Annapolis), when I see a property shows it has parking, this means it has a pad or driveway, as most parking in this area is public and on-street. The home does not have a driveway, guests must purchase a $10 per day pass (which the owner graciously took care of) but that was an extra $40 per day and there is no guarantee that you will find parking close to your home. I felt the way it's advertised was somewhat bait and switch as parking was the second most important requirement when choosing. Parking is typically not too bad in this area but you do need to be prepared for the time and cost. Otherwise, I would recommend the property and the owner for sure.

Great location. A couple minutes walk to downtown shops, restaurants and Naval academy. Cute clean apartment that had everything we needed. Floors are very creaky which I don’t mind but since I am such a lite sleeper I could hear the upstairs tenants walking around at 6:30 in the morning. Parking is a little bit of a pain since you can’t park right outside of the house overnight. You have to park a few blocks away.
