"The halls are not air conditioned. The floors in the common areas were filthy. Our room had less than a half a roll of toilet paper in it and that was it. I’m a girl. I need toilet paper. I had to go downstairs for more. Really loved how convenient it was to the falls and shops and dining. Loved the view. The older gentleman that checked us in was a real sweetheart. Sherry made sure that we had distilled water waiting for us because our flight was super late and nothing was going to be open when we got there. We also had and issue with our oringinal room but the staff took the time and care to move us to another room right away. "

We stayed during the total eclipse & they had fun stuff for the kids along with decorations. The airport is right across the street which is nice for convenience. We could see airplanes taking off from our room window but couldn't hear them! "

"Had a very nice stay. The room was very clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable and shower was wonderful. Loved having coffee in the room along with the refrigerator and microwave! Our room had a a grand view of the Canadian skyline but it was difficult to see through the opaque water stained windows. So disappointed! Sadly the restaurant was closed and the bar had limited openings. We had a fantastic time during our stay however, for the 2024 Eclipse. The hotel was convenient for walking...
