« The spacious yard was awesome, very quiet and had an amazing view of the night sky. We had a fire in the fire ring. The bbq grill was nice. We grilled some steaks for dinner. Groceries within 10 minutes. Not many dining options right in the area. Our stay was the last night of a ten day trip and it was a perfect ending. »

Whether you’re staying for just a couple of nights like we did or longer it is just so peaceful, cozy, and has everything you really need. We were in town to visit the Naples grape festival and to be honest we both couldn’t wait to leave the festival and get back to the cabin to just relax and play our scrabble on the back porch! « Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. « We stayed in the cabin while we attended the Deck the Halls wine trail. The cabin was very nice and clean and all of the necessary amenities were provided. While the house is not directly on the lake, it is just a short walk down to the dock listed by the property. »

« Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. "As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
