I was impressed by the fast and very friendly gentleman at reception and felt welcome. We only needed a room for one night passing through but could have easily spent more time there if I needed to be in Hope longer. The things that matter most to me in a room are, Comfortable beds and pillows, CLEANLINESS , and great service. This room did not disappoint. One helpful tip for the owner would be to have a small shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries.

I was booked into this hotel for work in the area on Nov 14, 2021 and arrived before all the highways surrounding Hope washed out and trapping me & a bunch of other people there. I’m glad I was there as we still had hot water when the power was out due to it being heated by gas.
The manager did everything possible to assist everyone during our stay in his hotel after the storm ripped through including allowing us to use his personal BBQ till the road reopened a few days later.

Very pleasant lodging located in a quiet setting away from the city. The gentleman a check in was extremely helpful as for some bizarre reason Expedia had cancelled my reservation even though it was confirmed via both email and text and in my calendar. He texted Expedia and they replied that the reservation had been cancelled. Anyhow, he found me a room on a busy, sold out weekend, and I was extremely pleased. Great customer service! Room was extremely clean and quiet and motel grounds...
