Animaux accepté mais 40$ supplementaires ce qui est beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour un hotel de ce standing sans que vous ayez le moindre service lié aux chiens. Interruption du sommeil car bruyant a l'extérieur a 4:40 am pendant au moins une heure. Aucune finition dans la chambre, impression d’etre au milieu dune salle de bain avec travaux inachevés, baignoire qui s’evacue tres...

« Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...

« Far from what I expected: - cleaning: found a socket in the room from the previous customer and a bottle with liquid i side in the balcony. - service: for a room of 4 people, i would expect 4 towels, not 2. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. -...

« All staff members were truly great! Things were okay in general except that when I spend $185/night I expect to at least have decent pillows! All 4 on each bed were terrible and somewhat clumpy. Also not technically the hotel’s fault but way too many smokers to my liking so walking in or out of the hotel or in the elevators we had to hold our breath. »
