"This is a great option if you are looking to stay in Hope. Centrally located (twice we just walked next door for an amazing dinner at Mountainview Brewing Company) at a good price with free parking and a swimming pool and hot tub, we found the Rychter Hotel had everything we needed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Yes, it's a dated property, but it's clean and there have been a number of small updates that do make a difference. Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker in the room is convenient. We used this as a perfectly located base for a hike in the Fraser Canyon close to Hell's Gate and then another at the Othello Tunnels. Both amazing. And as an aside we enjoyed the local cafes in town along with the chainsaw sculptures. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I am back in Hope."

"We checked in late at night but were still greeted with friendly and organized customer service. Easy and quick to get into our room which was very clean and spacious. Its clear the place is well maintained. A great deal and comfortable stay!"

"My girlfriend and I stayed here at Michelle’s property for two nights. It was a wonderful experience and truly a hidden gem. Waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the Fraser river was serene. The animals on the property were so friendly and we loved interacting with them. Michelle was an amazing host, she was always reachable and did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. The property is about a 15 minute drive away from the city of hope which was perfect for us. I can’t say enough good things about both Michelle and the property. If you’re looking to get away from all the noise of the main city , this is the spot for you. The time we spent on the property was simply lovely, we would sit by the propane fire and chat, knit, read, and laugh, along with the occasional visit from the cats or dog. Our overall experience here was a 10/10 and I’d highly recommend it to anyone thinking about a little get away. Thank you Michelle for being such a wonderful host, and an even better person. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Highly recommended. As advertised. Cozy, very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, private, well stocked with all the little things and lots of attention to the details. Excellent and very attentive hosts. It was a great place for our family of five. Enough room for everyone to relax and have space. Would definitely stay here again."
