Shabby and poorly maintained. Nothing was as pictured. Worst checkin experience ever, and I’ve checked in at least a thousand times over the years. Value was nowhere close to what was promised and was paid. If you see the word Natura, keep looking for somewhere else to stay.

This Hotel Was Located On The River Walk So I enjoyed A River View Room Watching The Boats From The Private Balcony. Walls Are Little Thin Because We Could Hear Our Neighbors TV Other Than That It’s A Legit,Stellar Spot To Chill & Take In All Wisconsin Dells Has To Offer. I’d Book Here Again.

Everything was great except the last day we were there, we renewed our room for an extra night and were not told the pool and hot tub were closed for the day, we could have went to another one of their properties which we had done the day before but swimming at another location is a hassle. Also we tried four of the indoor pools and all were pretty cold. There was one at the treescape that was bearable the others were not, we couldn’t even really get in the one at the vue. Other guests felt the same way.
