A DellsVacay property, The Field House is ideally situated just a few hundred yards off Broadway in Downtown Wisconsin Dells close to dining, shopping, entertainment & sports. JustAGame Fieldhouse is just two blocks away. The recently renovated home boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, seven flat screen TVs with Roku and a detached game room. The divided yard consists of two separate outdoor spaces. The first is a patio with table, chairs, gas grill (propane provided) and artificially turfed play area - perfect for young kids or a small tailgate. The second provides a sport court with regulation basketball hoop. Additionally, the detached garage has been converted into a fantastic gathering space. There’s a ping pong table, foosball, arcade games, card table and flat screen. The garage is NOT intended for vehicle storage. We apologize for any inconvenience. There is however off street parking and two stalls available behind the building. Perfect for friends, family or corporate getaways the layout of this home is unique and versatile.

Upon entry, guest will be greeted by hardwood floors and ample common area. The cozy kitchen comes equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher, flat top stove, fridge, toaster and microwave. A country sink, plenty of cabinets and gorgeous butcher block countertops highlight the character of the kitchen. A dining room with quick access to the patio sits just off the kitchen. Guests don’t have to worry about missing the game day highlights as the dining table has a great view of the wall mounted flat screen TV. Off the opposite side of the kitchen is a sitting room with sofa bed that leads to the living room. The living room features another wall mounted TV and wrap around sectional sofa perfect for lounging. The common area in this home is deceptively large and multi purpose.

The first of four bedrooms is also located on the main level. It has an en suite 3/4 bath - shower, no tub - and queen size bed. The remaining bedrooms share a full bath and are located upstairs offering privacy and individual space. One has a queen, another a king and the last two twin beds. Each has a wall mounted TV. Linens are provided for all sleeping accommodations including any sofa beds. Towels for use in the home are also provided. Please bring your own water park/beach towels. Daily housekeeping is not provided but the home does have a washer and dryer. Dish soap, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided by the homeowner.

The Field house sits within a short walk of the Dells Riverwalk and is in close proximity to all things Wisconsin Dells. It sleeps 8 comfortably and a sofa bed provides additional accommodations for two. Maximum occupancy for this home is 10. Rates are based on 8. An extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies.
