The Sofa also turns into a fold out queen sized bed which can sleep 2 people comfortably.

Great central location and very quiet
We had a lovely stay at this location. It was centrally located to going to Panorama Mountain to ski and then head down to Fairmont Hot Springs for dip in the pool. There is a lovely rec center on the resort that also included a beautiful indoor pool & hot tub area. There was a closed in gym to shoot hoops or play with racket sports on a smaller scale. Great condo unit to relax for a couple and up to 2-3 kids on the sofa bed & couch.

Windermere Wilderness
Lovely, albeit small and somewhat cluttered condo with easy access to the lake, plus Windermere town, Invermere and Fairmont. Loved the back porch and lawn looking off into the forest and sunset. There are lots of windows to get a cross-draft going to cool the place off at night. The place was not clean, but they came back the next morning and tried again. Kitchen has minimal plates, cutlery and mugs. Noise from the highway audible. Overall a nice place though. Would be willing to stay there again, especially if there were only two of us (instead of 3).

Great Location Next To Everything
The complex is very nice, green, clean, tidy with access to its own beach and music on Saturday evenings (summer only); pity the pool and hot tub were closed though. Location is perfect for everything on offer in the area. Property worked as expected although we had an issue with the washing machine but the Property Manager responded immediately.

Great little resort property!
This accommodation exceeded our expectations in that the condo itself is set up for guests (shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, for example); the grounds of the resort are immaculately maintained and there is access to a beach/marina area. The beach is an easy 5-7 min walk but you can drive down if you are bringing watercraft. We were a bit confused by directions for where to park but the neighbor helped us - seems like the "right" side of the building makes sense if you are facing the front door. Pulling into the back gate, that would be your left. Otherwise, great access and directions! We would definitely stay here again.
