Hotel was well located and room was spacious. However there is noise from the railway line across the street. Also we were in 204B and room 204A had access to a balcony that was right outside our window. We had to close them to stop other guests staring in at us.

Old fashioned seaside charm. Not a slick or modern hotel but you get a huge room that even has a dishwasher. Balcony was weird in that half the rooms have them and those that have no balcony have a window staring directly onto one! No privacy on balcony, so barely used it, although nice to leave the door open.
