Thank you for your review of our well located and spacious unit! There are indeed 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit quickly from inside the parkade, but it's also accessible without steps using the driveway ramp and along the path, and in the summertime you can walk on the lawn along the side of the townhouse straight to the patio / back door to avoid the steps to the front door. We hope you'll visit us again!

(There is a current bus strike in Whistler, but the free shuttle bus to both mountains is also very convenient when the busses are running!)

Thanks for staying at our property this past week! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location close to the Village. The development used to have a small bike storage room in the garage but it was difficult to get bikes in and out so they did away with it. Now we store ours out of sight by the bbq on the unit’s patio, locked together for security. We hope to host you again soon for another visit!

Dear Margot, Thanks for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the spacious living areas of our townhouse, as well as its serene location and free underground parking, all within walking distance of the Village! Whistler was indeed very hot during your stay! The unit interior can get warm in the late afternoons/early evenings because of the large southwest-facing windows in the common areas. We find that closing the blinds and using the floor- and tabletop-fans definitely helps, as does opening the front and back doors for a great cross breeze. That works 99% of the time, but you unfortunately had seriously hot days in Whistler!! We are sorry to hear that the size of the bedroom did not meet your expectations. The room does have lots of storage, between the 6-drawer dresser, 2 night-tables and closet with lots of hangers, allowing guests to fully unpack their suitcases and settle in just like home! We recently upgraded the bed size to a brand new queen. We apologize for the clogged bathroom sink, and we take all our guest feedback very seriously so will be bringing this maintenance issue up with the cleaning company. We hope you will allow us to host your next visit to Whistler in the near future!

We have raised our own children here on weekend trips and holidays; a family-friendly unit and great year-round location is what drew us to purchase our vacation home here. The short drop from the patio to the shrubbery below hasn't required a railing as it is built to code, but I appreciate that this could be a concern when it comes to toddlers and babies being outdoors. We do try to keep a good clearance around that small section to allow for easy access to and from the door to the grassy area. We hope to host your family again soon!

The large windows in the living/dining area certainly do bring in the sunlight; which is great in the winter season, but does make it warmer on hot summer afternoons too. Hopefully opening doors for cross-breeze and closing the blinds at that time of day helped. We also provide fans for every room for those hot summer nights. Please do come back and visit us again!
