staff both on the phone and when we arrived were excellent ... the unit itself was in the heart of the village which we loved but others may find noisy... the unit was spacious and had AC in the bedroom (we were there when it wasn't too hot ao that was fine)... minor detail that the dining table needs ti be replaced (very wobbly and too high for the chaors) and maybe a new shower head (it worked but not at a great angle for taller people; pressure and water temp were great).

The loaction was perfect with everything easy to walk to. The well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare our own meals. The bed was very comfotable. Enjoyed the balcony. (Ranchslider a bit hard to open.) Air conditioner helped but did not cool the room sufficiently for the very hot days. Loved the swimming pool with white alpine water. 4pm check in was quite late but we were able to leave bags there in a bag storage room. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay and would book again.

The hotel was ok. Not my favorite. The room was spacious and nice but extremely noisy till 11pm. The pool was nice but the water was super cold hard to swim, hot tub was nice but there was only one. The staff were friendly enough but not welcoming at all. If you have an oversized car/truck you are on your own. Have to go far to park it overnight.

Unit was nicely renovated and very clean. Murphy bed was perfect solution for the 3 of us staying in the room. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Pool was not heated and little too refreshing. Common areas around the property could have been cleaner. Location is perfect. Would stay again.

Aspenglow is one of the more affordable hotels in Whistler Village. It has everything you need, a clean room, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, a pool, hot tub, sauna and a gym. We will probably go back there for it's value. I'm a pretty easygoing customer but to be honest, the front desk staff are just the least friendly front-desk staff I've seen in any hotel. They are usually on their cellphones or the computer, not greeting anybody walking in. It wasn't particularly a busy season too. Also, the bathroom towel holder and entryway coat rack in our room are coming off the walls. Does not look like this is a new thing. I was going to report it but again, the staff were not very approachable. I hope they don't fall on guests. Overall still a good experience for the affordability. It'll just be nice to have that friendly face when you enter a hotel on your vacation.

The rooms were nice but could be cleaner. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and decent sized fridges. The front desk staff seemed very grumpy every time we talked to them BUT they did let us check in early which was extremely kind of them since we had booked and extra night last minute so that saved us the hassle of having to put our luggage in the storage and then have to kill 6 hours in the rain ☔️ while the other room was ready. So that really saved the trip! The parking was a bit of a disaster because the debit/interact function on the parking machine didn’t work, so we had run around town trying to switch out cash into $24 of coins (well 72 dollars worth of coins for 3 nights!) cause they didn’t have any change at the front desk. Strange! Lol but our overall review was that the rooms were excellently priced and the location is perfect! All the shops and restaurants were within a 9 min walk of the beautiful village stroll 🤩 We will definitely come back xoxo
