The location is great but the overall property needs maintenance. The finishes are really dates with maintenance asking all around. The AC cover was loose, bath had tiles that are cracked etc. The corridor had really strong smell and even the room had peppermint kind of smell that probably was used in beddings. The cleanliness could also be better. One of the bath flush wouldn’t go well so asked the front desk and that took couple of hours of our day. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Last year we stayed at Whistler Executive Inn which was similar style but much better finish.

Every staff member was so pleasant and just nice to be around!! The property is perfectly located close to everything we needed and most importantly the ski lifts. They were so accomodating and made sure we got everything we needed. 5 stars from us
