« Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. « Great location and wonderful hospitality while we visited family who live in Jamaica Plain. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Shower was great with lots of hot water and bed was comfortable. Being on the first floor made access easy. Both Jackson Station and Stony Brook Stations on the Orange Line are close with easy access to downtown Boston. Great walking trails along the Southwest Corridor. « As this is a newly remodeled property everything was spotless. Totally outfitted kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Great coffee maker & tea kettle as well! The wine chiller was a treat which you don't find in many kitchens. The beds were all super comfortable with very nice sheets. « We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive.
