This home is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your long-term stay, featuring two large rooms, one small room, one hotel-style bathroom, a large living room, Kitchen with cooking utensils, and in-unit laundry. Walking-friendly neighborhood with plenty to do in the center of town. Winchester Hospital, Tuft University, Harvard University, MIT, and Seaport Boston are also close to this property. The two rooms with queen beds have 45 inches smart TV with a plush mattress. The smaller room is cozy and can accommodate two adults comfortably. Guests have access to on-site parking and the whole unit during their stay with us. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the property. We are here to help! The neighborhood is very safe and a short walk to the center of town. The town is only a 5 min walk, and they have metered parking if you drive into town. We are 15 min to Boston Downtown, and 7 min to Burlington tech plaza, Stoneham Zoo, and Stoneham Reservor Rental Property Terms and Conditions Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $500 fee may apply if evidence of smoking is found. Additional costs may be charged for items that cannot be restored or cleaned. The grill must always be used in an open area and placed safely away from any structures. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in advance by the host. Unapproved gatherings may result in early termination of the reservation. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in or on the beds to help maintain cleanliness. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning and replacement fees for affected items. This is a privately owned property. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur while staying at the home. Please secure any valuables, as the host is not responsible for misplaced or lost items. Guests are expected to treat the home and its furnishings with care. Appliances must be used only for their intended purposes. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are provided, additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left excessively dirty after checkout. Candles with open flames are not permitted. Battery-operated candles may be used. Decorative items such as glitter or paint that are difficult to remove are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. The minimum age to book is 18 years old. For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras are installed at the front and side doors. These must not be disconnected, covered, or tampered with. Altering or interfering with electronic devices may result in removal from the home. Use of fireworks on or near the property is not allowed and may result in immediate removal. If anything is found to be broken or in poor condition upon arrival, guests must report it within four hours of check-in using the booking platform\`s messaging system and photo documentation. This helps us ensure everything is in good shape at check-in. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen and any used utensils before leaving. Trash should be removed from the indoor bins and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Guests should maintain tidy personal spaces. If extra towels are used, please launder and return them to their original location. Guests are not permitted to attempt repairs on the property. It's was in a great location for what we wanted to accomplish during our stay. It was clean, big and offered enough space. We felt like it was missing some essential things when you are staying there for a week. For instance, the bedrooms do not have dressers to put your personal items. Living out of a suit case for a week proved to be difficult. It would have been nice to have some sort of table or something. There were no wash cloths, they only provide hand towels and bath towels. The bathroom is very small, and when sharing with other guests it would have been nice to be able to get ready in your room. There is only a very small mirror in the bedroom. No hooks to put towels or hang things. Also no towels in the kitchen. While it was nice, it was missing some small, yet essential items that make living there for a week necessary.
