The staff was very helpful, and we were up graded to a very nice room with all the appliances, to do cooking and even a clothes washer and dryer. The pool located on the 4th floor was clean and had a view of the city. One of the staff, Jedi, was very helpful in giving us directions on locations to shop. Over-all a very nice hotel.

recently stayed for 1 night at the AKA during an off peak time (May) in downtown West Palm Beach. This hotel is more apartment style. Best thing here are the amenities including a great pool with chairs and towels, lounge room, gym (its OK), and ability to get a bike to ride around the city. Location is ok, about a 8-10 min walk to the Square and also to the Crematis St. Maybe a 15min walk from the Brightline station. Internet speed is ~20 mpbs I was able to use my $30 credit at the market store that just opened. Note the restaurant Blind Monk is closed early in the wk. Staff was very helpful, providing bottled water. Kara the manager especially helpful
