Ok I’m going to be completely honest in this review. The staff at this hotel, the best out of every hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very professional, didn’t see one of the staff for 4 days and he still remembered my name instantly. Hotel was in great condition. They were also renovation as we were there. My only issues were 1) the gym. Needs a lot of work. There were 4 dumbbells in there. 2 x 40lb and I think 2 x 5lb. Then a couple of treadmills. Definitely one of the worse hotel gyms. 2) there...

Would definitely return and stay here! The accommodations were fantastic, the area felt extremely safe and the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. Although, the car park is not exclusive to the hotel there is private access to the hotel with no safety concern. There was also plenty of parking that was available on the street ($0) between 10pm - 8am & $2.50/hour outside of the posted times.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !
