This is not a 9 hotel in my book. The room smelled. The shower did not drain, water up to my ankles, So GROSS!! Breakfast was ok. I think they put a butter flavored oil on them, sorry not for me. Won't stay there again.

Helpful staff who were very nice. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Didn't like the sheets. Hot tub was hot, unlike some places in Watertown. Breakfast was great. Good value. Would use again next time I visit.

Great place to stay. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how nicely the property is maintained. The access from the parking lot with parking in front of the room was convenient for coming and going, especially with my dog. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with a lot of variety and a nice, spacious area. Very quiet, and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome staff!
DJ at the front desk was amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Told me all the bonuses of staying here. Even had a little goodie bag for our dog! Hotel seems some what updated. Lobby seemed very clean. Nice parking lot. Breakfast was nice lots of options! Even hard boiled eggs individually wrapped! Breakfast attendant was very nice, kept checking on the food. Our room could have been pretty nice if it was cleaned properly. Carpet wasn't vacuumed visible dirt and leaves on floor, there was some trash on the floor and food crumbs on the night stands. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Nice mini fridge and microwave in room. Reasonably priced rooms even for pet friendly.
