"The breakfast was great! It got pretty busy on some days, but they kept working to keep it stocked. They even had people to take your trays after you were done! Front desk people were nice and accommodating too. They went above and beyond to try to get our room next to my kids room. Elevator was always busy, but that's too be expected with a lot of people staying there. "

"They don’t change bedsheets everyday, so many bugs in the bed, lifts are slow sometimes. Beach view was there but our view was blocked by the building. That room shouldn’t be "

"We had a great room, on the 4th floor which allowed us to walk right out to the pool and also to the breakfast buffet and the happy hour. We love this hotel! Will definitely stay here again!"

"I don’t recommend. The photos shown online and through Expedia are outdated and purposely misleading. The rooms are dirty and outdated. There was accumulated dust in certain areas, the shower wouldn’t drain so we would stand in water while showering, the room is not quiet. You can hear noise from other guests in the hallway, in their rooms, and from outside. The elevators are slow, tiny, and there are always consistent lines due to the lack of room inside the elevators and how long they take to operate. The parking garage is a nightmare. There are so many things this hotel lacks. I left a full review through Google. I do not recommend this hotel unless you do not have a car/rental car, and do not need or want to spend time at the hotel. "

"Our room was very clean and had a good view but it was unfortunately very small for 2 people. We made it work and the staff were very friendly and timely. The location is perfect for those who want to stay close to the Waikiki scene but far enough to enjoy some peace (away from speeding muscle cars and large clusters of people, and loud sirens). The gym was large enough and had the basic necessities to get a good workout. I appreciate the many elevators and the availability of an express elevators for the higher floors, as we did not have to wait too long. Parking was also very convenient and we did not have any issues finding a spot (noted: this was march 2026 and spring break was happening) We are overall very happy with our experience here at Outrigger Paradise!"
