House on Berea Court
Had a lovely stay. Have never stayed at a place that had so many spices (although no salt and pepper shakers!). Well equipped kitchen but needed more coffee mugs and I would have preferred a wooden cutting board instead of the stone one. Living area was very comfortable as were the beds. We did not use the hot tub so can't comment on it. We did use the grill which was nice to have but there was not a grate that fit properly although we made it work. Also there were no grilling utensils. If you are a poker player, bring your own cards and chips as if there are any at the house, we could not find them. We had a very nice stay and woud stay there again.

A perfect house in Northern Virginia!
We had such a lovely stay at this great house. The fenced in yard is amazing! It has a beautiful deck with a grill AND smoker as well as a fire pit and plenty of wood. We didn't make use of the hot tub, but the screened in porch was gorgeous to sit on and experience Fall. The house is very well appointed, it is clean, updated and has everything you could need. We stayed with our two young sons and all of us had a great time. Perfectly located and Ben was so responsive and helpful. He is very interested in making sure we had a good experience.

Nice Place to Visit
The house is nice. The rooms are a bit odd, and one of the rooms got very hot at night, but overall nice place. The rest of the entertaining space was great. I loved having a fenced-in yard for my dogs. Very clean! Before booking, I reached out because I had planned to have a dinner party with friends for my birthday, and I wanted to verify that wouldn't be an "event". I explained that only around 5 people would be staying, but that I would have about 10 people coming to for a dinner party and likely leaving around 10pm. The owner said that would be fine. So, I booked. The space was great for a dinner party. Half the people were indoors, but the rest were sitting outside using the provided firepit to make s'mores (which I specifically mentioned we would be doing) when I received a message saying I could not have a party outdoors. To be clear, we (a group nearing their 40s) were sitting around quietly discussing careers while eating s'mores before 9:30 on a Saturday. No one was drinking heavily, and there was no music. For a house that sleeps 8, would anyone enjoying the provided amenities outdoors be scolded like this? It truly ended the night and ruined the enjoyment of the space. We let the fires die down and went inside. While this house was nice, I would never rent here if you plan to enjoy casual conversation amongst a group of friends outside and trying to enjoy the provided amenities. You'll feel watched and judged. It really put a stain on my birthday.

Great home for a family of four
Family of 4 visiting from NC - was perfect for each kid to have their own room and the basement with large tv, foosball table, etc. was a nice way to get even more space. Half a mile from metro station with huge parking deck. Was the perfect location and would book the property again.

Everything was amazing. It smelled so clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was so nice in there. It felt like a home. The only thing was the microwave wouldn’t work and we couldn’t figure out how to work it. But, the host was so responsive and nice. I would 100% book again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house close to DC
We really enjoyed the stay at this house. It was super clean, spacious, nice neighborhood and had lots of amenities. The hosts were very kind and made sure everything was comfortable for us. It was a perfect location being only 20 minutes from the city and there were grocery stores and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, peaceful, stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this home. After a long drive on a hot day, it was welcoming to enter a clean, cool, home. The host even made the extra effort to preheat the hot tub. The bright, sunny, house looked to be completely renovated, including high-end appliances. The furniture was quite comfortable, as well as the beds. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and bathroom amenities. Outside we enjoyed the screened porch, large deck, and shaded, fenced in yard. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to D.C. convenient to the Metro, or a quick drive to D.C. The host was excellent, going above and beyond to ensure we had a positive stay.
