This bright and clean two bedroom home is located just 5 minutes from downtown by car (or about 10 minutes by bus). From the outside the home is basic and unassuming, but inside there is an air of luxury. It has been finished with quality materials and decorated with high end furnishings.

There are stairs to climb and there is traffic noise when you are outdoors. Inside with the doors and windows closed you generally do not notice the sound of the traffic.

There are guests downstairs so at all times you are required to tread lightly and not make loud noises. This accommodation is offered as a minimum 30 day stay and is provided under a license of occupation and not under a lease. The occupant will be a guest and not a tenant. The host will be entitled to enter to conduct cleaning, inspection, and repairs and to ensure compliance with the rules.
