"Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options, options were limited to cereal and muffins."

"The location and staff were great. The hot water was sporadic and the gym needed better equipment: there were only 2 ripped mats and a few machines were not functioning properly."

"Best room when you arent planning to stay inside most of your stay. The bed was super comfy. They give you a white noise machine which helped me a lot since I cant stand sleeping in silence. The only issue was the long check in— not the staff member’s fault. Super close to the subway."

"Very convenient. Staff was great and so very helpful. Doing the 5 boroughs bike ride and accommodated my bike. Will stay here again"
