This location was good and easy to navigate the area/walkable to transit. I would stay here again, or try out the other arlo locations. No issues with cleanliness or wifi.

This hotel is excellent! The location, cleanliness, quietness, amenities, decor and vibe are amazing. What makes this place extra special is the superbe people who work there. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Amaya, Edwin and the rest of the team for taking care of us so well. We'll definitely be visiting Arlo SoHo during our next visit to NYC! Have a good one!

I had a great stay here, minus some small things, which the hotel accommodated! Beautiful view in the terrace room. Restaurant lindens was great!

Yes , first off the rooms are on the small side but to be expected in this part of the city. they are small but everything needed is conveniently within reach. The common areas more than make up for it. Jurelle Heath and the front desk crew are wonderful making sure you are taken care of. I cannot say enough about the Foxtail lounge , Cait Jones Trio was amazing!! Sipping on a Fabulous Fox is a NYC treat I was lucky to be there , floated right up to my room. I will be back ASAP !!

The place has such a cool vibe, the staff was lovely and the bed was so cozy and comfortable. I had such a good sleep and would highly recommend. I loved the hangout spaces
