Friendly staff, but was caught off guard with no valet option available although listed on website. This was our second visit to Arlo SoHo. First stay was in September 2023 when the property seemed very new and fresh. On the second visit, the rooms are showing obvious signs of wear and tear And there seemed to be a shortage of staff as room cleaning and restocking of soap, shampoo, tissue and toilet paper, towels, etc. was not consistent.
